John M. Gantt, Jr. brings 25 years of real estate and marketing experience to his current role with Ginn Resorts™.

His career in real estate began at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms near Charleston, South Carolina.  He served as sales executive, beginning in 1984, before becoming director of sales in 1990.

Gantt began his tenure with Ginn Resorts at the company’s inception in 1998, where he took on the role of president and director of sales.

Gantt is responsible for all sales and marketing for the company's real estate developments.  In addition to managing design review, pricing, sales and closings, Gantt oversees architectural review boards and deed restrictions and covenants in each community.

Gantt attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C, where he majored in business and marketing.
