Chief Financial Officer of Ginn Resorts™, John Klumph, has worked more than 20 years in the real estate and hospitality industries, holding senior-level management positions in finance, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and growth planning and management.

Prior to joining Ginn Resorts, Klumph worked with Wyndham International as corporate vice president for Information Technology and then as vice president and corporate controller.  During his nearly 13 years at Wyndham, he instituted the financial controls and systems that laid the groundwork for the company’s explosive growth from 18 hotels to more than 300.  He also played a key role in Wyndham’s successful 1996 initial public offering.

Before joining Wyndam, Klumph held several other senior financial-management positions, serving as director of hotel accounting for Dallas-based Lincoln Hotels and as the hotel controller for Sheraton corporation.

Klumph holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in hotel administration from Cornell University, with a specialization in financial management.
