Paul Bobik has returned to Ginn Resorts™ as the executive vice president of Ginn Real Estate.  Bobik brings to this role 18 years of experience in resort and community envisioning, positioning and branding, as well as the development of marketing strategies, budgets and advertising campaigns.
 
Prior to joining Ginn Resorts, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing of the Southeast Region Resorts Division for Centex Homes.  In 2002 he was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Centex Destination Properties, overseeing all real estate sales and marketing efforts for the company on a national basis.
 
Prior to joining Centex, Bobik was employed with Ginn Resorts and was responsible for handling sales and marketing efforts for Ginn Resorts communities, including communities such as Ginn Hammock Beach™ Resort in Palm Coast, Fla. and Ginn Reunion® Resort in Orlando, Fla.
 
Before joining Ginn Resorts, Bobik spent 11 years in a sales and marketing capacity for development companies Russ Brown & Associates, Vistana Development Ltd. and Lowe Enterprises.
 
Bobik studied business at the University of South Carolina and Southern Christian University.  He has held a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license since 1997.  He currently resides in St. Augustine, Fla. with his wife and three children.
