Bill Weber serves as Senior Vice President of the Western Region for Ginn Resorts™.  Weber’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the development and management of the company’s property in Minturn, Colorado.

Prior to joining the company he was vice president of development for Desert Mountain Properties in Scottsdale, Arizona.  In that role, he was responsible for managing the land planning, design, engineering and construction of homesites, amenities and infrastructure for the 8,500 acre private, residential community.  The community also included six Jack Nicklaus golf courses and five full-service clubhouses.  During Weber’s tenure, Desert Mountain Properties received more than 70 awards.

His previous experience includes 29 years with Mobil Corporation where he served in a variety of roles including Manager of Operations and Facilities and Development Manager in the company’s New York and Virginia offices and on the Sailfish Point, Fla. project.

Weber received his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
